## Who I am

I work at the intersection of design and strategy, helping organisations change how they operate. The through-line across my work is adoption: getting new tools, systems, and ways of working to actually take hold inside a company, not just launch. Today that focus is on AI.

## Proof

- Built and ran a global sustainability data platform and the community of practice around it, which drew roughly 10% of the company's workforce to take part voluntarily.
- Founded Keftek, an AI consultancy that helps organisations move from fragmented tools toward intelligent business and operational systems.
- I write essays on systems, technology, and decisions, and ship small experiments to test where AI genuinely helps.
